Recognizing the growing interest in food and wine pairing, Remy Pannier has developed Haiku Bridge in conjunction with a team of top Japanese chefs. Their goal was to create a harmonious, refreshing and delicately fruity wine that would be an ideal partner for Japanese cuisine and an array of other Asian-inspired dishes. Winemaker Karine Huibant and Remy Pannier are pleased to present the result, made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes.
