Haiku Bridge is produced by Remy Pannier, the most trusted name in Loire Valley wines since 1885. Recognizing the growing interest in food and wine pairing, Remy Pannier has developed Haiku Bridge in conjunction with a team of top Japanese chefs. Their goal was to create a harmonious, refreshing and delicately fruity wine that would be an ideal partner for Japanese cuisine and an array of other Asian-inspired dishes. Winemaker Karine Huibant and Remy Pannier are pleased to present the result, made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes.
